My name is Jacob Portman, I'm 16, and I am a peculiar.

 

What I mean by that, is that I'm not normal. You see, I have special abilities that let me see monsters that prey on my friends. I have a friend that can create fire with her hands and another who is incredibly strong. My friends can levitate, make plants grow, spit bees from their mouths, create life, and so much more. Although having these powers may seem really cool, it also puts us in great danger, and according to my friends, I'm the one that's supposed to save them all.
